My name is Jason Martino, I am the owner of New Age Manufacturing Sales committed to the well being and trust of my clients, not just the sale.
My journey to becoming an independent outside sales representative and manufacturing consultant began after my Marine Corps enlistment ended and I went into retail sales for several years before deciding to start a more challenging career in precision manufacturing. After going to school to learn the trade, I became a manual machinist at a small, specialized job shop for 6 years where I gained valuable fixture, tooling, and R&D skills. These abilities would continue to assist me as I transitioned into the C&C machining of high tolerance aerospace (flight safety) & submarine (sub-safe) components where my previous experience helped me distinguish myself over the next 11 years.
In 2017 an unbelievable business opportunity came along, allowing me to purchase the manufacturers sales rep. business I now own and run. I mentored under the original owner and went through a MRERF course to graduate as a certified manufacturers sales professional to help acclimate myself with my new business and all its obligations. I believe this career allows me to use the total knowledge base I have accumulated throughout my life, giving me the ability to better comprehend my client’s demands and provide a unique technical perspective for your company and its needs.
